Duckweed is a family name for a group of a few genera. To tell apart many of the species can require magnification. The bulk of the plant matter seen in these photographs are probably Lemna minor, however, it is clear that there are multiple species in every picture. Where some duckweed grows, lots of duckweed usually grows and multiple species commonly intermingle.
